Dr. Maen has written for International magazine of Oral Implantology during his time in Germany in 2011-2012 regarding E.P.T (Extraction Plus Technique) and taught at numerous Implantology courses and conferences. In addition over the period of last 25 years he has been featured in local and International dental publications.

• In addition to his numerous academic accomplishments Dr. Maen is a bit of tech inventor when it comes to dental equipment. 
• In 1988 being young dentist and doing his Residency Service in Syria’s Military hospital at the Maxillofacial department he had developed pulp nerve tester and cutlery machine from chair integrated to portable type device.
• In 2001 he had imported first Digital file X-Ray machine with full system and Intra Oral Camera to the UAE from Germany with his own modifications to it.
• In 2002 Dr. Maen had created new Crown’s over Implants holder for the posterior teeth replacement. For his efforts he had been accredited by the Frident German Company.
• 2009 was the year when Dr. Maen was a pioneer in CAD CAMNANO Technology development and 3D Machine Digital X-Ray for Maxillofacial surgery and other orthodontic procedures utilization. He is up to present acting as developmental consultant.

In 2021 among his other diverse accomplishments Dr. Maen Aburas has updated his centers with easy, comfortable and 100% friendly without assistance requirement easy access for  clients with Special Needs and for The People of Determination in all of his clinic branches.
